It works in a cyclical manner. The recipient subsequently contributes back to the fund when they can afford it and this makes the opportunity available for someone else. As a community, we are weaving continuity, connection and healing through a generosity of spirit and abundance. It is important that each woman or man has their own stake in attending the event, therefore no more than half of the full fee is ever granted and it is often less. Each application is individually assessed by the Pay It Forward Committee.
