Thank you for your intention to bring The Grail and all its magic to your community. This page has the latest version of resources for you to download which will support you in organising your event. Please make sure that you have a recent version of Excel and Word so that you will be able to run the Event Record and make the necessary changes for your event in the Word documents.

Event record

This document is in Excel and we ask you to thoroughly read the instructions in the document called “Event Records Guidelines and Instructions before you begin. The Organiser’s Manual interfaces with the Event Record and will support you in managing all the details easily and clearly. There is a sheet included there to help keep you on schedule with enrolments and logistics. Contact your SheRep for further guidance in using this effectively.

Please take care of this manual and be respectful of its contents, not allowing it to be seen or used inappropriately. Feel free to ask any questions of your SheRep (or Organiser Coach, if you have one).
